1. The handbook states that the core curriculum helps engage students in natural, social, humanistic, and other environments. My classes have mostly focused on social studies up until this point. The classes I am in currently engage students in a seminar style which furthers the social aspects of my education. In regards to the focus on natural studies I am taking an environmental class in order to support my core curriculum. The environmental aspects of that class help to facilitate the natural aspects into my learning.
