Journal #15
Today, my team worked on unifying the format of all our outside-of-class work. We discussed how we wanted the finished product to look and worked with our site keeper to make it happen. After collaborating on all of our outside-of-class work, we began to break down the last few chunks of the project and assign them to the team. Although no one did any of the writing work while in class, we did get a lot done with discussing and combing all of our writing. In my opinion, it is more beneficial when team members come with their information pre-drafted. That way, we can easily discuss the overall project, and it also allows members to critique/better each other’s work. Writing our individual portions remotely seems to make meeting in-person more efficient and beneficial. My team has been very productive when it comes to dividing up the work. Everyone has volunteered, so there is never any work being procrastinated on (never a portion that nobody is willing to work on). So far, all of the assignments have been divided evenly among members, which is something I am thankful for. As such, my group stays on task and remains caught up with all of our work.
